Mrs. Shay Cook founded Crusaders for Change (C4C), LLC, on May 5, 2016. She is the company's Chief Executive Officer, and is an Accredited Financial Counselor® (AFC®) and Financial Fitness Coach® (FFC®). Her passion has always been helping people, especially in the area of personal finances.
